We strive to keep our shipping costs as affordable as possible, but due to the delicate nature of art and some of our other items, we always insist on adding insurance and tracking where available, which may come with a higher fee. Please know that we only charge the actual shipping costs and do not add any premiums.

We are committed to using eco-friendly packaging materials and may reuse boxes and packaging to minimise our environmental impact. While they may not be the prettiest, we hope you appreciate the thought behind reducing waste.

If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.

Please be aware that we cannot take responsibility for any additional customs fees that may apply upon entering your delivery country. Before placing your order, please verify any restrictions on importing items into your country to avoid any disappointment.

If an item is on backorder, we will ship the in-stock items from your order first. When the back-ordered item becomes available, we will send it to you in a separate shipment. You will not be charged additional shipping and handling fees for the second shipment.
